So far so good. They really looked at the car to do the diagnostic. Most places just try to replace the entire subsystem (AC, breaks, etc.) to they don't have to figure out the problem. I would definitely use Cherry Valley Automotive again.

The people are great and friendly. The service is excellent. Our car won't start and we had it towed there on a referral from another mechanic. We got the update and pricing on the same day. The repair was done the following day. Price was reasonable. They even gave AAA discount. They are our place to go from now on for all car problems.

I'm truly so glad that I gave CV Automotive a chance w/my new, old car. I recently bought a 2004 Jaguar supposedly in great condition...but...it was far from it.
CV Automotive did a stellar,( extremely competent, and caring ) repair job on my car. The Jag replacement parts were expensive but they substituted parts where and when possible, taking their time to research/order, these other compatible parts, saving me a great deal of money.

I am from out of town and had an emergency while driving to LA. Pulled off the freeway and asked for a local recommendation. Cherry Valley Automotive was recommended. They diagnosed the problem quickly and to my great surprise, said they could fix the problem immediately. It took them two hours to diagnose and replace my alternator so that I could get back on the road. Staff was friendly and professional. Could not say enough good things about the service we received.

I'm in the automotive repair business (mostly collision repairs) & work with many repair shops. I also usually do my repairs myself but this time I needed to have a shop do it. I am very familiar with the in's & out's of repair shops and that's what I expected. But no!
Dave is the man! Fast service, great price, with a great warranty! All 3 of which exceeded my expectations. They are a great small family owned style shop. Very clean, no oil on the parking lot. I don't really know how that's possible at a mechanic shop but maybe I'll ask Dave one day, LOL.
So if ya need some repairs, and don't know where to go, then please see Dave at Cherry Valley Auto repair! They now have a customer that will call them first if/when in need of repairs

The customer service here is great. I took my 1970 mustang down and the guy (who I think is the owner) was really straightforward with me about all my cars issues. I feel like these people are very honest and that's something is rare to find with mechanic places. They don't try and price gouge you here. I will definitely be bring my other cars to this shop and recommending it to other people in the area.

I waited to review just to see if I would still be satisfied with the work that was done on my car. AND I AM! It's been about four months and all is still good. I will not hesitate to take my car back.

I had to take my car in to replace the starter and the staff there were super friendly. I was able to pick up my car the next day. Reasonably priced & my car is back on the road again!
